Most walks and events in the Baildon Walking Festival do not require pre-booking: just come along. But a few activities have restricted number and so booking is required.
The last few places are available for the following FREE walks and events that require pre-booking:
Sketch and Stroll (1 mile). 10.30 – 13.00. Monday 28th August. Venue: The Upper Fold, Wesleys, Baildon Methodist Church BD17 5NH
Intro to Map and Compass for walkers. 10.00-13.00. Thursday 31st August. Venue: Aldersgate Room at Wesleys (as above)
Strolling with a camera (2 miles max). 18.30-20.00. Thursday 31st August. Start out from the Potted Meat Stick in the centre of Baildon (indoors if wet).
Nature’s Treasure Map walk (3 miles): another strolling and sketching opportunity. 10.30 – 13.00. Friday 1 September. Meet at Bracken Hall Countryside Centre BD17 5EA.
Places allocated on a first come: first served basis.
